Perfect for 4 to 6 guests, Tree Line offers two serene bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with breathtaking mountain views. Unwind in your private deluxe jacuzzi as the sun sets over the slopes.

3-Room residence

Alpine

Ideal for up to 6 guests, Alpine offers three spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and room to breathe. Step onto the large terrace for sweeping mountain views, then sink into your private jacuzzi as the stars rise over Soldeu.

4-Room residence

Summit Penthouse

Our most elevated stay — in every sense. Summit Penthouse sleeps up to 10 guests across four beautifully designed bedrooms, with four bathrooms and panoramic mountain views. Gather on the spacious terrace, unwind in the private jacuzzi, and experience Soldeu from the top.

5-Room residence

Snow Peak

Where are the residences?

All four residences are located in our private chalet in Soldeu, Andorra — just a 5-minute walk from the Grandvalira ski lift.

They are accessible from Cami Marrades del Piol, via a short dead end street starting near Burger Forapista and Supermercat Font.

Can I check in with my pets?

Yes — our residences are pet-friendly, and we’d be happy to welcome your four-legged companions. A pet cleaning charge of €100 per pet, per stay applies to ensure the space stays fresh and comfortable for all guests.

Can I cook in the residence?

Absolutely. Each residence features a fully equipped kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with everything you need — whether you’re preparing a festive family meal or just warming up after a day on the slopes.

Is there parking available?

Yes, private parking is available for guests.

You can park your car in the underground garage, or outside the building (if larger size) or in the various parking spaces available on Cami Marrades del Piol (50 m away from the chalet), or in one of the covered multi story carparks in Soldeu.

How many people can each residence accommodate?

Our four residences vary in size and can host between 4 to 12 guests. Please check availability and room floor plan here.

Is there Wi-Fi and entertainment?

Yes. All residences are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a PlayStation 5, and a professional audio system — perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Are there restaurants near the residences?

Yes, the chalet is located in the heart of Soldeu, just a short walk from a variety of local eateries and high-end restaurants. Whether you’re craving traditional mountain cuisine or something more refined, there’s something nearby to suit every taste.
