I agree to provide a copy of the passport or identity card of all guests staying, as part of the registration process, in order to comply with the Andorran law on tourist accommodation.

I acknowledge that it is a no smoking zone apart from on the balcony and I will be responsible for ensuring cigarette ends are not thrown from the building and will be safely thrown away.

I acknowledge that the apartment is situated in a residential building and I agree that my group will be respectful of the rules set by the local community.

I acknowledge that there are further instructions and rules set in the instructions folder available in the apartment, or if I need some assistance, I can contact a representative of the company.

I acknowledge that nappies/diapers, wet wipes and feminine hygiene products are to be disposed off in the regular bin, not in the toilets, in order to avoid possible sewage issues and a 500€ penalty.

I acknowledge and agree that any lost key leads to a lock change and a 300€ surcharge.

I agree to ask permission from a representative of Ski Chalet Andorra for moving around any furniture.

I agree we can use anything available in the apartment in a responsible manner and put it back where found, in the same condition as before.

I acknowledge and agree that if anything is damaged by me or anyone in my group, then the damage deposit refund will be adjusted accordingly.

I acknowledge that the emergency signs and exits have been explained to me.

I acknowledge and agree that we must inform the owners of any pets brought to the apartment and a cleaning fee of 100 euro.

I acknowledge and agree that glass must not be taken to bedrooms and jacuzzi areas, in order to avoid injury by broken glass and that plastic tumblers are provided for use in those areas.

I acknowledge and agree that the jacuzzi is to be closed and secured when not in use.

I acknowledge and agree ski equipment may not be stored in apartment

I acknowledge and agree that Ski Chalet Andorra shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by anyone in my group for the duration on my stay with Ski Chalet Andorra due to any negligent action on our part.

I acknowledge and agree should anything not work I will inform the company immediately.

I acknowledge and agree that check out time is 10 AM at latest on the day of departure and our group and personal belongings will be out of the apartment by that time, our rubbish will be disposed of in the bins located outside of the building and if any dishes are used will place them in the dishwasher before leaving.

Cancellation policy 95% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
