Welcome to our luxury Summit Penthouse Residence, the largest privately owned penthouse apartment for rent in the village centre of Soldeu. Located only 300m from the gondola, it’s guaranteed to enhance your skiing experience.

As the doors open from your private lift, you are greeted by high ceilings, light open-plan living and breathtaking views of the World Cup Ski runs.

In the evening you can enjoy preparing delicious meals in our modern kitchen and enjoy cosying up around the wood-burning fireplace.

Summit Penthouse accommodates up to ten guests across four large ensuite bedrooms, perfectly suited for one large family or two families travelling together.

We also welcome you to bring your furry friends with you, as all the apartments in the chalet are pet-friendly.

Our holiday in Soldeu was the best ever! Clive's penthouse has it all. Everything you need and more. We are a large family and all were very comfortable. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Kitchen has all the utensils for making the most festive dinners. The fireplace makes everything perfect after skiing all day. WiFi and sound systems were excellent and even voice activated in all the main rooms. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony which is facing the slopes that awaits you.Location is a 5 star for skiers. 3 minutes walk to the gondola. Supermarket and cafe right next door. Good restaurants are very close by. Florin and Clive went out of their way to make our stay as memorable as can be. What great hosts! If you wish for a dream holiday with friends or family, this is the place. We will be back.
