Our measures at Ski Chalet Andorra are in accordance with current legal requirements and in compliance with the regulations relating to the cleaning of rental apartments in Andorra.

We have also developed our own in-depth set of measures to ensure the health and safety of our clients and ourselves. 

We ask that combined with us, you help us to prevent Covid-19 transmission.

• We have provided disposable masks and hand gel for each residence and hand gel in the entrance to the building for added safety.

• We are committed to sustainability by providing single use eco-friendly soap and shower gel for each guest.

Our check in procedure includes providing temperature checks and completing a health form for each guest, also providing a personalised letter, outlining safety instructions for the duration of your stay.

• All our cleaning staff wear masks, clean clothes and are ALL temperature/health checked prior to starting. 

• Before exiting and sealing the residence all light switches, door handles and other points of contact are wiped with 90% alcohol. 

ALL keys are wiped with alcohol and placed in a sealed bag.
